During my time in Erasmus I had the pleasure to work with an Austrian juice company Rauch, A representative from their company asked us to create our own limited edition Juice flavour. We had to research jucices currently on the market, previous limited edition juices and smothies making sure we didn't overlap current and recent juices as well as ingredients which complement each other.
We all then presented our new juices to the Rauch representative where we we were critiqued on our flavours, designs and presentations.
